Structural Reflexology &
Integrative Medicine Therapy™
Medical foundations. Traditional wisdom. Individual care.
How does it work?
UNDERSTANDING YOUR TREATMENT
Structural Reflexology & Integrative Medicine Therapy™ explores what we describe as the body’s “inner scaffolding” — the relationships between structure, movement and patterns of tension.
Working through the feet and across the body, this approach is informed by the relationship between musculoskeletal structures, fascial tissues, the nervous system and lymphatic pathways. Treatment integrates targeted reflexology, manual bodywork, lymphatic drainage techniques, kinesiology and traditional meridian practices. The techniques, pressure and areas of focus are tailored to your medical history, presenting concerns and response to treatment.
Sessions are focused and responsive. Carefully applied pressure and hands-on work are adapted throughout, guided by anatomical knowledge, your comfort and your feedback.
Your wider experience helps shape each session: where you feel tension, how you move and what you notice in everyday life. Traditional reflex and meridian maps guide aspects of the practice; they are not used to diagnose conditions or assess organ function.
The intention is to work attentively with your body, creating space for relaxation, greater body awareness and a more personal experience of care.
A Deeper Approach to Wellbeing
Developed by Naomi, Integrative Therapist and Structural Reflexologist, Structural Reflexology & Integrative Medicine Therapy™ draws on roots in the medical field, years of hands-on clinical practice and a lifelong respect for the complexity of the human body.
Its philosophy is simple: the body is communicating. Patterns of tension, movement and sensitivity deserve attention, alongside the person’s wider experience.
Born from years of anatomical study, clinical observation and exploration of traditional healing arts, this work brings together the precision of advanced reflexology with an understanding of musculoskeletal structure and the nervous system.
Every session is unique. Every body tells a story.
